"Session timeout occurred" error message when accessing the Student Connection

Overview

We've seen this error crop up before. The solution is usually to clear out your web browser's cache. You can find directions on clearing out the browser cache for some of the major web browsers below. When you clear out your cache, make sure you set the time range as far back as you can (if you're given the option). After you've cleared out your cache, exit out of your web browser entirely and try to access those links again.
