Overview
If you are having trouble with a website working properly, clearing the Cache and Cookies on your browser may fix the issue. The process varies slightly for each different browser, please follow the instructions below that match the browser you are using. You will want to set the time range to as far back as possible to make sure everything gets completely cleared out.

The cache clearing menu can also often be reached by using the following keyboard shortcut while the browser is open: CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE
Make sure to select "All time" or "Everything" for the time range to make sure everything is cleared out.
After clearing the cache, close the browser completely to finish the process.
