Open Blackboard and log in, then on the landing page click Tools > Kaltura My Media > + Create and under "Other Creation Tools" click Capture. Download and install the appropriate version for your PC (Windows or Mac).
Note for Chromebook Users: Kaltura Capture is not available for Chromebooks or mobile devices. Kaltura offers a browser based version of the app that does not require installation called Express Capture. Chromebook users will need to click the + Create button and select Express Capture to access it. Windows and Mac users can also use Express Capture if they prefer, but functionality is limited compared to the Capture app.
