How to Create a Ticket

How to submit a ticket via our new ticketing portal (May 2022)

https://support.davenport.edu Redirects to: https://davenport.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/135/Portal/Home/

1) Click the Submit a Ticket button (top right)
2) Choose a category that best fits your issue/request. (i.e. Printing Services)
3) Choose a sub-category like Printer or Copier Hardware Issues
4) Click Request Service button at the top right.
5) Fill out the form and click the Request button at the bottom.

You should receive an email confirmation (comes from teamdynamix.com) with your ticket ID and links to follow updates. Note: Using the ticketing portal is not mandatory, you can still call us at 800-322-3984 or simply send an email to: csc@davenport.edu
