How to submit a ticket via our TeamDynamix ticketing portal 1) Click the Services link at the top of this page (must be signed in) 2) Choose a Category that best fits your issue/request. (i.e. Printing Services) 3) Choose a Sub-category like Printer or Copier Hardware Issues 4) Click Request Service button at the top right. 5) Fill out the form and click the Submit button at the bottom. You will receive an email confirmation from teamdynamix.com with your ticket ID and links to follow updates.
