EMS desktop client window hidden or unresponsive

Overview

EMS or the Event Management System is used to browse and reserve spaces within the University. If you are having trouble with windows being hidden or unresponsive in the desktop app. Symptoms include certain parts of EMS not opening, EMS freezing when adding events, and being unable to see the EMS window after opening.

Instructions

  1. From the main EMS window, click Settings in the top left, then click 'Reset Window Coordinates'
  2. Next, click Settings again and select 'Reset Column Settings'
