Dmail Calendar is missing appointments on shared calendars

Overview

If invitations on a shared calendar are not appearing automatically, please follow the steps below to make sure the calendar is set to display them automatically.

Instructions

  1. Open your calendar and click the gear icon in the top right, then click 'Settings' 
  2. On the left hand menu, click the calendar under the 'Settings for my calendars' or 'Settings for other calendars' sections
  3. Scroll down to the 'Auto-accept invitations' section and make sure it is set to 'Automatically add all invitations to this calendar'
