Overview
If you are running into printer jams, out of ink or toner, or a full waste cartridge, please contact the CSC at x1212 or 1-800-322-3984 or send us an email at csc@davenport.edu and we can forward the request on to Campus IT to take a look.
Please include the MOS ID (which typically looks like this: QPA083443) so we can identify the printer model and location.
Typically Campus IT can resolve most printer issues quickly, however if they are unable to, we may have to reach out to MOS/Xerox to service the printer.
