I have software that I need installed in a classroom

Overview

All software is managed by the Davenport University Standard Desktop Management team in conjunction with the Associate Deans. Software requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the start of a semester and must be submitted by the Associate Dean to the SDM consideration and testing.


All appropriate licensing must be presented with this request. A request can be submitted to ITS by submitting a ticket to CSC either by email at csc@davenport.edu or by calling ext. 1212 or 800-322-3984.

If the software in question has been in the classroom in the past, or is only missing on a few computers, please contact the CSC directly by email at csc@davenport.edu or by calling ext. 1212 or 800-322-3984 and we can forward the request to Campus IT.
