Overview
If it froze, you lost connection, or you were kicked out of your exam, midterm, test, quiz, final in Blackboard and are unable to get back into it to complete it, contact your instructor. Your instructor is the only one with the authority to reset your test attempt. It is also a good idea to call the student support center at 1-877-899-1499 and give the technician your course number and name of the exam so a ticket can be documented and copied to your instructor.
