My Panther OneCard was sent to the wrong address

Overview

If your Panther OneCard was sent to the wrong address, please follow the steps below to disable the card and get a new one sent out.

Instructions

First: Contact Student Support at 1-877-899-1499 as soon as possible and let them know your Panther OneCard was sent to the wrong address so they can disable it.

Next, update your Address with the instructions below. (This is where your Panther OneCard will go)

  1. Log into the main website at my.davenport.edu
  2. Click on 'My account' on the top right
  3. Under 'Advising Tools' then 'Registration' click on 'Update Contact Information'
  4. Under the Student Mailing Address section, click the pencil icon to edit your address. Click Update when your changes are complete.

Once you have updated your address, please contact your advisor to get another Panther OneCard sent out.

If you don't know who your advisor is, you can find that by following the instructions below.

  1. Log into the main website at my.davenport.edu
  2. Click on 'My account' on the top right
  3. Click on the 'My Student Profile' link and your primary advisor will be shown under the 'Advisors' section
