Students, faculty, and staff at Davenport University have free access to Microsoft Office 365 apps online and to install on their personal computers. Follow these steps to create a Microsoft account and download Office 365.
The website to setup your account and get Microsoft Office 365 is http://www.office.com/getoffice365.

When you go to that site you’re going to see a header that says, “Get started with Office 365 for free.” Click "Get Started" and enter your Davenport University email address.

Click "Next" and proceed through the steps to set up your Microsoft account.

If you would like to download and install the Microsoft Office apps to your computer, visit https://www.office.com/ and sign in with your Davenport University Microsoft account. Click "Apps" on the left side, then click the "Install apps" button in the upper right corner. Select "Microsoft 365 apps" to download the installer for Office 365. Simply run that installer after it has downloaded and Office 365 will begin installing on your machine.
You can install Office software on up to five Windows or Mac computers and download the Office mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. Your Office 365 subscription also entitles you to 100 GB of free cloud storage in OneDrive.
